Struve International Recruiting is an international, family-led recruiting business. The company focuses on building long-term, high-quality connections between professionals and companies, with a strong emphasis on trust, clarity, and personal relationships. As the business evolved, it became clear that the existing brand and website no longer matched the level at which Struve was operating. The new website needed to communicate professionalism instantly, provide clear orientation for visitors, and create a solid foundation for the company’s next growth phase.
The project was approached as a close collaboration between Trang Studios and PSWD. Trang led the rebranding process, developing a new visual identity and logo that reflect Struve’s international positioning, reliability, and calm authority. Our role was to translate this new brand into a precise, high-quality digital experience. The website was built in Webflow, allowing for a clean, responsive, and scalable setup that stays true to the design while remaining easy to maintain and extend. The result is a business website that feels structured and confident without being loud, designed to grow alongside the company rather than limit it.
Struve chose a focused setup: branding and a custom business website. This combination creates alignment between how the company presents itself visually and how it communicates digitally. The new brand identity establishes a clear foundation, while the website brings that identity into practice through thoughtful structure, restrained design, and clear messaging. Visitors quickly understand who Struve works with, what the company stands for, and what the next step looks like. This clarity is especially important in recruiting, where trust, credibility, and orientation play a central role in every decision.
The website was implemented in Webflow to ensure performance, responsiveness, and long-term flexibility. Every section was built deliberately, with close attention to structure, readability, and user flow. As with every PSWD project, the site went through both manual and automated quality checks covering responsiveness, performance, SEO fundamentals, and overall consistency. The technical setup ensures that Struve can confidently use the website as a long-term business asset. Future extensions, such as an AI chatbot integration, have already been considered conceptually and can be added at a later stage without restructuring the platform.
