After initially building a streamlined starter website to get the company online quickly, we teamed up again – this time for a complete rebrand and custom website, developed in close collaboration with our design and branding partner Trang Studios. The result is a bold, outstanding, and clear digital experience that reflects Onward’s energy, credibility, and focus on connecting fast-moving companies with the tech talent they need – and helping IT professionals step into roles that match their ambition.

The new website reflects that momentum: bold yet clear, confident yet approachable – built to grow with their vision and signal credibility to both candidates and clients.
The new Onward website was shaped through a close collaboration between Trang Studios and PSWD. Trang led the rebranding and visual direction – developing a bold yet minimal design system in Figma that combines confident typography, clear UI, and layouts full of personality. We then brought that vision to life – implementing a fast, responsive, and secure website in Webflow, fully aligned with the design. The result is a digital presence that feels sharp, modern, and scalable – built to attract the right clients and candidates, and to grow with Onward’s mission.

We brought Onward’s new website to life in Webflow, a powerful platform that supports their growth while keeping things fast, smooth, and reliable. Every detail of the final build was crafted with intention: fully responsive across all devices, legally compliant, and structured for clarity and momentum. To ensure our usual PSWD quality standards, we combined manual reviews with automated checks covering speed, SEO, accessibility, link integrity, and visual consistency.
